1. Online store terms

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or have appropriate consent. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, transmit malicious code, or violate applicable laws. Any breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

2. Product information and availability

We aim to describe and display products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and images may vary across screens. All products are offered subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders where necessary to protect the business, prevent fraud, or correct obvious errors.

3. Prices, charges, and payment

The full price payable for your order, including delivery charges, taxes, and any other mandatory fees, will be shown to you before you complete checkout. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch or performance and, where this happens, you may cancel the affected order without penalty.

4. Checkout review and correction of errors

Before you finally place an order, the checkout process is intended to give you a reasonable opportunity to review the items selected, delivery details, pricing, and any input errors, and to correct or withdraw the order before completion.

5. Order acceptance and record of transaction

An order submitted through the Site is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline that offer. Order confirmation emails may acknowledge receipt but do not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A transaction record is ordinarily maintained through your order confirmation, dispatch confirmation, and, where applicable, your customer account or our internal records.

6. Delivery and performance

We will aim to dispatch and deliver within the timeframe stated on the Site or at checkout. Unless a different period is agreed, orders placed through an electronic transaction will be executed within 30 days after receipt of the order. If we are unable to fulfil an order because goods or services become unavailable, we will notify you and refund amounts paid in accordance with applicable law.

7. Returns, cooling-off, and defective goods

Your purchase is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the CPA or ECTA, including the 7-day ECTA cooling-off right for electronic transactions and the 6-month implied warranty of quality for defective goods under the CPA.

8. Billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or cancel orders where information appears inaccurate, where fraud is suspected, where stock is unavailable, or where resale or abuse is suspected.

Third-party tools, gateways, social platforms, and links may be made available through the Site. They are provided on an as-is basis, and your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.

10. User submissions

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sales@roninsports.co.za so that we can try to resolve it. If the complaint remains unresolved, you may approach any forum, ombud, regulator, or authority available to you under applicable law, which may include the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission where applicable.
